Project description:

This module will introduce management students to a variety of tools for evaluating the riskiness of a project or policy initiative.  Most of these tools will be computer- based:  spreadsheet models, sensitivity analysis, Monte Carlo simulation.

Students will develop their modeling skills by analyzing cases presenting real-world business problems.  In addition, this “hands-on” problem-solving should help students refine their understanding of applied statistics.
