Methodology:

1. Tie newly learned/reinforced mathematics skills to educational foundation course topics

2. Review mathematics skills necessary to pass the mathematics section of the General Knowledge portion of the Florida Teacher Certification Examination

3. Conduct monthly joint classroom sessions affording the students the opportunity to:

1. Demonstrate teaching methodologies and skills
2. Demonstrate competency in utilizing mathematics skills (Florida Sunshine State Standards)
3. Afford the opportunity for participants and facilitators to close the feedback loop on course content & objectives
4. Have fun planning & teaching together

4. Administer a pre- and post- Mathitude survey of students

5. Utilizing a modular format, mathematics skills will be applied to demonstrate student’s understanding of educational concepts
